Good morning darlings! I decided to keep it simple and chic for this week's manicure. I always feel like I go with a light or neutral polish after I've done a dark color. This week's manicure is no different. I decided to go with a nice nude and a simple accent nail. I had picked up Essie Spin The Bottle back at ABS back in late March and decided to finally bust that bad boy out.
I found the formula to be a little strange compared to the normal Essie formulas but was able to get an opaque finish with just two coats. To add a little pizzazz to the manicure I decided to add A Cut Above to my ring finger for an accent nail. I'm quite pleased with how it turned out and feel extra dainty with it.
Oh I love this, that glitter is stunning!
ReplyDeleteThis is such a simple yet glam manicure! I absolutely love the glitter! <3
ReplyDeleteI love that nude! It's so perfect. I have a pink glitter that I've been wondering what to do with, and hadn't thought to do an accent over a nude polish. Great look!
ReplyDeleteThat would be a great look for work. It's professional yet just a touch glam. Did you use the Cut Above as a topcoat?
ReplyDeleteThat looks so cute over the nude polish. Great idea!
ReplyDeleteThat Essie Spin the bottle is the exact color of pink/blush I have been seeking and the Cut above is just the right nod to keep it from getting too serious! LOVE!
ReplyDeleteAbsolutely OBSESSED with this mani. The colors looks amazing together and seriously its sooooo beautiful with that pink glitter. Love it!
ReplyDeleteVery pretty! Love how you dressed up a nude mani
ReplyDeleteLike Shelley mentioned, I have been looking for the perfect nude shade - Spin the Bottle is gorgeous! The glitter accent is so fun too. This is definitely a mani I could recreate.
ReplyDeleteAbsolutely loving that nude shade. I may have to purchase it!
