Mani Monday :: OPI - Every Month is Oktoberfest

First thing I want to start off saying for this Mani Monday is how important customer service is and how much is can indeed effect you purchase.

Last Wednesday I finally received my OPI :: Every Month is Oktoberfest in the mail only to find that it had arrived shattered and had leaked ALL over the bubble mailer.

I reached out to the seller [Beauty Shine on Amazon] and almost received an immediate response! They apologized for the mess and said they would send out a new polish immediately. A few moments later I had a tracking number and they had even expedited the shipping! I can't even begin to explain how impressed / happy I was with their wonderful customer service!

After returning Sunday afternoon from a weekend downtown for a friends birthday I found my polish delivered in one piece, so of course I had to make it this weeks Mani Monday!

My BFF & PIB Jaquelyn Marie kept raving about this polish and I can see why! The color is GORGEOUS and as always with OPI the formula is impeccable  I can honestly say I will be sporting this on my nails quite a bit this coming fall season!
