Outfits of the Week :: Office Attire

Good morning darlings! I survived my first week in a real estate office! Well now week and a half but you know what I mean! Last Monday I mentioned I changed up my career and with this new career path comes a new dress code. Working at my new office requires me to dress up every day and while I would have thought I wouldn't like it much I must admit I'm really enjoying myself.

I love walking up in the mornings and debating my outfit. There's something extra feminine about walking up in the morning and getting dolled up. I have to confess with this new routine I've actually been wearing makeup every day which has in turned gotten me to get in the habit of washing my face twice a day which is resulting in my skin clearing up. Yeah I definitely say that makes for a "WOOHOO" factor!

For my makeup, I've been sticking with the same look give or take my lip color. I recently discovered Benefit Cosmetic's Greetings from Cabana Glama makeup kit and can't seem to get enough of it.

What are some of your tips or tricks for keeping your outfit fun & fashionable but still maintaining office appropriate? I'd love to hear, comment below!

  2. It's been so long since I've worked and my field was very conservative. I'm talking suit every day conservative. I would wear brightly colored suits but still they were suits. That was my rebellion. No navy and black for me. It was all yellow and royal and fuchsia.

  14. Congrats on your new career! I'm a teacher so my professional clothes still need to be comfortable enough for me to bend down, sit on the floor, etc. I try to shop at places that have a casual work style.
